46.20MW Ramgadh (Bhavani) Solar Project Featuring Daychase 1P HSAT
The 46.20MW Ramgadh (Bhavani) Solar Project is one of Sunchaser Structures' major utility-scale solar installations, successfully commissioned for DEON Energy in Gujarat, India. Designed with the Daychase 1P Horizontal Single Axis Tracker (HSAT) system, the project delivers enhanced solar generation through intelligent sun-tracking technology and robust structural engineering.
The installation utilizes 600 Wp photovoltaic modules, paired with Sunchaser's precision tracking system that automatically adjusts module orientation throughout the day to maximize solar irradiation. By maintaining the optimal tilt angle from sunrise to sunset, the project achieves higher annual energy production and improved plant performance compared to conventional fixed-tilt mounting systems.
Engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 50 m/s and designed for C3 environmental conditions, the Daychase tracker provides exceptional structural stability, operational reliability, and long-term durability. Its advanced drive mechanism and low-maintenance design help reduce operating costs while ensuring consistent energy generation throughout the project's lifecycle.
As one of Sunchaser's flagship commissioned projects, the 46.20MW Ramgadh (Bhavani) Solar Project highlights the company's expertise in delivering high-efficiency solar tracking solutions for utility-scale renewable energy developments. The project strengthens India's clean energy infrastructure while reinforcing Sunchaser's commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable power generation.
