47.40MW Sardargadh Solar Project with Daychase 1P HSAT Technology

The 47.40MW Sardargadh Solar Project is a landmark renewable energy development delivered by Sunchaser Structures for DEON Energy in Sardargadh, Gujarat. Designed with Sunchaser's Daychase 1P Horizontal Single Axis Tracker (HSAT) system, the project is built to achieve superior energy generation, operational efficiency, and long-term reliability for utility-scale solar power production.

At the heart of the project is the Daychase intelligent tracking platform, which continuously follows the sun's movement throughout the day. By maintaining the optimum angle of the photovoltaic modules, the system maximizes solar irradiation, increases annual energy yield, and significantly outperforms conventional fixed-tilt mounting structures.

Engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 50 m/s while meeting C3 environmental conditions, the tracker combines structural durability with precision drive technology to ensure stable performance even in demanding operating environments. The low-maintenance design, coupled with advanced control systems, helps reduce operational costs and maximize plant availability over the project's lifecycle.
